Returns
Policy
Terms for wireless network products shipped
from HD Comm only
No
returns after 30 days of invoice date. Sales of antennas, wlan cards,
access points, and cables will only be accepted with prior return
material approval. A 10% restocking charge will apply to all
returns. All product must unused and must be in its original
cartons/Packing or credit will not be issued. No cables will
be accepted if cable jacket is damaged, or if cables have been
cut or altered in any way. All antennas must not have been mounted
or installed. Freight charges to return product will be the responsibility
of the customer. HD Communications Corp. will repair or replace
any defective antennas or cable for a period of 30 days from
date of invoice .
Antennas
or cable returned after 30 days up to 90 days and only with prior
approval will receive HD online store credit only, and no other
form of credit will be issued.

RETURNS
POLICY
Please note that not all items are covered by this return policy.
Some manufacturers require that their items be handled directly
by them. We suggest that you check the complete returns policy
before making your purchase.
* Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
* DOA/Defective products are allowed for return for replacement
or credit.
* All returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter,
all sales are final.
* All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original
packing materials.
* All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and
cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing
parts accordingly.
* Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back
freight collect will be refused.
* Return authorization must be received within 10 business days
from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
* All replacement merchandise is billed to your credit card (merchandise
and tax if applicable, no freight). When defective merchandise
is received, your credit card will be credited for the original
merchandise amount.
* All products are sold with their respective manufacturer's
warranty.
GENERAL POLICIES
* Special
order items are not returnable.
* When returning a printer, please remove all ink or toner cartridges
before shipment. Failure to do so may damage the printer and
credit cannot be given.
* All unopened software may be returned for exchange within 30
days of invoice date. All opened software may not be returned
for any reason.
* All clearly marked discontinued items will not be accepted
for return.
* All replacement items will be shipped after we have received
and processed your defective return. A new tracking number will
be sent to you on the replacement item when it ships.
* All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
* We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong
product(s) all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
* If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the
package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure
you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file
a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product
you ordered was also damaged.
* All non-defective returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Terms
for all other HD Communication Corp. products
All
returns for non antenna and cable products must be approved prior
to return and may be subject to a restocking fee Please
call customer service for an RMA number prior to return. No returns
will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the
box.The customer is responsible for the cost of freight to and
from their location. We can not issue credit for freight costs.
HD Communications Corp. is not responsible for returned material
shipped from your location until it is signed for at our location.
HD Communications Corp. will repair or replace any defective
material for a period as listed for that item. Most products
are warranted for 90 days unless warranty period is otherwise
specified. If period is not listed the customer may contact customer
service to inquire as to the warranty period for that product.
Credit card transactions are traced. HD Communications Corp will
pursue any fraudulent transactions and will take whatever legal
actions are required to obtain compensation for any loss involved.
HD Communications Corp. is a New York State business registered
and incorporated under the laws of the State of New York. We
have been in business since 1991 and are an equal opportunity

You do not require a re-seller certificate
to place an order.
Only
New York State residents without a re-seller certificate are
charged NYS sales Tax.
No credit
cards will be accepted unless the ship to address matches the
credit card billing address of the credit card number supplied.
If the shipping address is different than the billing address,
we will only accept orders with prepayment prior to shipment
or COD (USA only) terms. Please call our accounting department

Warning:
We pursue and will
press charges for all credit card fraud. In addition we will
pursue legally all costs for damages for material as well as
legal fees. All IP addresses are recorded with each transaction
and we have successfully pursued pressed charges, and recovered
on past fraudulent transactions.
